CARY -- Cary Police will bring felony charges against the driver of a pick-up truck who killed two people and injured two others in a car crash on US 1/64 last Thursday night. Roy Zadock Strickland, 55, of Apex, NC, is being charged with two counts of Involuntary Manslaughter and two counts of Assault with a Deadly Weapon Inflicting Serious Bodily Injury.

A blood sample analysis being conducted by the SBI lab has not been completed at this time.
