Budget Development

Overview

The Town of Cary is encouraging citizens to share their priorities for the Town's Fiscal Year 2013 annual budget, which will identify services and infrastructure projects to be undertaken by the Town from July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013.

Comments may be submitted to the Town of Cary throughout the month of February, the Town's designated month-long public comment period. Register your budget priorities using one of the following methods:

All comments should be received by Feb. 29, 2012 to be considered for the Town Manager's recommended budget, which the Cary Town Council is expected to begin considering this spring. All comments received will be summarized and conveyed to all Town Council members.

Budget Public Hearings

Dates: May 24, 2012 and June 14, 2012, 6:30 p.m. (Held as part of the regular Council meetings)
Location: Town Council Chambers at Cary Town Hall, 316 N. Academy St

Non-Profit Funding

Interested groups requesting funding should complete one of the applications below:

General Non-Profit application form and policy
Cultural Arts Non-Profit application form and policy

Applications are due at Town Hall Campus, 316 N. Academy St., Cary, NC 27513 by 5 p.m. on February 24, 2012.
