Budget

The Budget Office's responsibilities include directing the planning, development, and execution of the Town’s annual operating budget and capital improvements budget. Duties also include council goal-setting, funding source identification, revenue and expenditure forecasts, and Town-wide projects such as performance measurement and operational studies.
